Chains/restaurants that are likely to close down soon

Just saw a post that Manhattan Fish Market is gone. Seems like a trend in SG, so many of the chains we’re used to are exiting quietly(?). Just recently the Marks & Spencer at parkway shut down too, and I’ll miss the crumpets I’ll get there weekly…

What other chains/restaurants/eating places likely to close down soon and so we should hurry and eat 🤣 excluding hawker options because that one, we know for sure is slowly disappearing in sg alr, given the old hawkers etc.
