Ugghh...which one do i recover?

Year 2 I forgot to take out my building materials after stopping by Robin's shop to upgrade a building and I went into the mines....i don't know what's worth saving more...i cut all my trees down in the winter time its spring now any advice on which one would be easier to regain? (I do have the quarry unlocked)
