Boyfriend that takes long to respond

My bf and I are long distance. We haven’t met yet but we’ve been talking for like a year, he plans on going to visit me but due to work issues, there’s a delay, but we video call like twice or so a week

I don’t know if I’m being nitpicky but what bothers me is when he takes long to respond. He works from home and guaranteed he gets busy from time to time. At times it can take up to 30 minutes to an hour for him to respond to my texts, because either work or gaming with friends

I have hobbies and do things to keep me occupied but Im just also probably needy but it makes me feel not worth his time sometimes.

Am I being too much?
