Don't walk run away from ttec. Worse company experience ever and I didn't even make it to training. Company is as reliable as a thin-ice bridge.

I was offered a position for wfh at Progressive insurance via ttec with basically a group interview only. The start date was a month from offer date. I received computer equipment via shipping which I wasn't told it shipped until after two failed delivery attempts but when I finally received it. I was able to set it up and went to my equipment check in which lasted 3 hours and was scheduled four days before training. Everything went well and I pass the check in. Fast forward two days before start date I received a termination email and no explanation why and no longer had access to computer. I sent an email and receive a phone call basically saying they didn't get some code from Progrssive they needed so I couldn’t start training. So instead of reaching out to Progressive to get the code they just term me. Then turn around and send me an offer for USAA that would start In less than 2 weeks. I accept despite the bullcrap because I needed income so I return the progressive equipment and receive usaa equipment and attend The tech setup meeting. This time it takes 6 hours with IT help and I pass everything only issue the vpn keep saying a certificate error. So IT tells me I will need a new computer to fix issue I have. I give him my address. And I received an email that says I fail tech check in with a link to another meeting scheduled. next day. I join the meeting and was told I could leave because I just have to wait on the equipment and need to wait to receive email. Two days later I receive an emailed from recrutier onboarding person stating she called me twice and was ending the project because I won't have a replacement in the timeframe. I received no phone calls and no voicemail. Nor was it any receive they couldn't ship me out equipment next day air the day they knew the computer VPN didn't work. Then days later I receive a phone call from a person stating their IT from ttec asking for my address. Which I did not prove because he did not disclose his name and my address is already on file from the first two shipments and I was told my job was ending already. Then after all this bullcrap I received a third offer and this all within weeks of each other. This company is unorganized, they hand out offers like free samples at Sam’s club and send equipment last minute schedule tech check-in less than 5 days from training knowing you wont be able to attend training without the computer and that they equipment have errors. The ttec email contacts/mangers/recruiters suck, they are lazy and unhelpful they ether don’t reply at all or terminate a project with a individual rather than actually problem solving the problem. Worse company I after dealt with then after spending a told of 9 hours on tech check in for both usaa and progress projects I was only paid for the 6 hours on the usaa project never receive pay for progressive 3 hours. This company only care about getting hiring credit. Only thing I can say is the interview process being almost none exist is the only thing I can say is good with this company. But with how long it takes to actually make it to training, you could have probably made it to training for a none third party company that will problem solve and communicate within that same time.
