Koh Lipe weather?

Flying into Bangkok tomorrow and then traveling to Koh Lipe for a week on the 14th. I took a look at the 14 day weather forecast and it looks like its still mostly thunderstorms/cloudy throughout. I thought November was the start of the dry season? Is that wrong?
