Is there a pity system for opening amorphous materials?

I know about the target reward for missions but I couldn't do it for the rewards of amorphous materials. I've been trying to get ultimate freyna enhanced cells blueprints but it's tough. Already wasted all my shape stabilizers and nothing. Now I gotta grind once again with sharen for the AB variant fml
