Underage bringing vape on plane?

Sometime soon im going from England to Italy and i got two rechargeable lost mart vapes i want to bring with me and liquids aswell (maybe some pods). Im 15 but look about 17 i dont know if they will flag me? Bring it out? Any restrictions on how much liquids i can bring on. I also want to know if i can put liquids in my suitcase. If i need to i can put them in a bag full of some stuff and give to my mum to carry on but dont know if theyll take it out infront of her? Please help i go away in roughly three weeks and im panicking.
