quick questions

Is there a general recommended dosage for people who take estrogen and want the full effects asap, or do hormone levels pre-HRT determine your dosage? if so, I should have those in a couple of weeks. Im going to be doing estrogen monotherapy with gel.

Is it okay to tell the NHS that I'll be doing DIY? (I don't want to be on years long waiting lists, so the NHS being my supplier is out of the question)

If for any reason, my original supplier is unavailable to purchase from, is it safe to switch to a different supplier of the same estrogel product?
