Confused about blood values and doctor issues

Hi,

So two problems.

So i switched to DIY EEn 10,5 mg every 10 days 3 months ago because my doctor was ass. Still took the crypo (12,5 mg every two days). So I was at a new doctor who I hoped would continue the injections with me.

Let's start with my blood values. I have 216 pg/ml Estrogen and 0,67 ng/ml Testosteron. Both values confuse the heck out of me. Shouldn't my estrogen be higher with my dose? And the Testosteron for some reason increased?? It was at 0,17 ng/ml before with just 10 mg crypo every two days. I think I am missing something or I am just stupid.

Second problem the new doctor doesn't want to continue DIY Injections with me. She is open for EV Injektions from an pharmacy but doesn't knew how to prescribe them. So she gave me patches until I can provide her with an example prescription. The thing is I don't want them. But I have to go to a doctor with the HRT stuff for insurance reasons. She gave me Estramon 100ug/24h and wants me back in 14 days for blood stuff. They actually didn't have an appointment free and apparently they gonna call me later so I am unsure when I gonna have that appointment. Soo I am unsure what do there. Wouldn't the build up from my injections disort my values in just 14 days? And can I somehow do it what she doesn't notice that I am continuing the injections? And is 100 ug/24h even enough to get the same values? Because I really don't want to lower my values. Also is it normal to have the patches on while doing the blood stuff?
