Has anyone heard of tripspass.com

Is this legit? I noticed this is kind of like a timeshare presentation that unlocks cheap deals on hotel bookings, but I cant find any reviews of this on reddit.

For example, they state that if i join a 45 min zoom call, I can book 3 nights in Banff for $299 total at a discount of up to 81% off. Any thoughts?
