The new UAP amendment in the 2024 NDAA doesn’t even include the term ‘non-human intelligence’. It is dead in the water.

I just wanted to let you all know that the term ‘non-human intelligence’ has been completely scrapped from the UAPDA. This thing is dead in the water. Very sad to see, I don’t see any other senator proposing such legislation in the near future.
