In my opinion, this is the most disturbing death in Undertale Yellow—maybe even in the entire Undertale/Deltarune series.
Everything about this moment is just so messed up. Forget Undyne in the Neutral route, Toriel in Genocide, or Berdly in Snowgrave—this is on another level. Axis confesses to Clover that he was forced to kill the Blue Soul (Integrity) against his will. Fueled by rage, Clover gains 7 LV from sheer fury over this revelation. Meanwhile, Axis, desperate and terrified, begs for his life as Clover mercilessly blasts him away.
Honestly, this is my favorite moment in all of Yellow’s genocide route, and it makes this my favorite genocide boss fight. Martlet and Ceroba are cool, this fight stands out the most to me for that one single moment(It also helps that the fight itself is really cool).
