GI MAH

I know I’m being a little impatient but the past three months In a row I was getting my monthly allowance for housing through the GI BILL on the 16-17th of the month (super early I know). I checked the VA website yesterday and today and there’s no payment authorized or sent yet for February. I know they can send it a couple days after Feb 28th but has anybody else have this problem for this months payments?
