Appetite Loss

Been on 30mg of vyvanse since march and tbh I don’t take the med everyday due to shortage concerns but I’ve noticed that since taking it I’ve continued to experience appetite loss which has made me lose almost 30 pounds. I’ve been trying to consume more fruits and vegetables at least to compensate for my loss of appetite. Should I be concerned to how much longer my loss of appetite is going to be a side effect as I’ve been still losing weight and I want it to stop :’)
