How much of a chance should you give a current position you have before jumping the ship?

I don't like the team dynamics or culture.

Seems to be annoying level of politics.

They keep talking about wanting new ideas, and change, and improving things, and fixing errors, but things that actually need to be fixed like firing useless people or prompting people who need higher pay for the expected level of work.

How long do I wait to give them a chance that maybe they're just trying to figure out their shit and they'll improve? I don't wanna say they're the worst company ever, but there's a few iffy things that are not sitting well with me especially since my previous job is willing to take me back lol. If this new job fixes things, there's a big chance for me to grow big and fast especially since I posses the skills that they need to take things forward. My other job is more relaxed and "stagnant" responsibilities but in a calming, restful way.
