is it too late to start playing warframe?

I've always been interested in playing, i enjoy grinding and making builds and minmaxing and stuff so it seems to fit me pretty well. I played the first descendant when it came out and enjoyed it, but it was a bit too gooner for me. is it too late for me to get into warframe?
