Workplace affair

Small company 9 people total. Majority profess Christian/Catholic beliefs, myself included. Though I've no concrete evidence, I believe the owner to be having an affair w an employee. Just by how they speak, interact w each other. What convoluted this more? This is a healthcare office, where the employer provides Healthcare services to employee and family. Both are married to different people. I'm so lost on what to do. Another person who is affiliated with the office, but is not employed by us has noticed the behavior as well and approached me about it. As a Christian I'm to call out sin and "judge righteously". Not to mention the ethics of this whole thing if true. If I'm wrong though and say something...........it doesn't go well for me and I ruin my dynamic in the office and could lose my position. Advice?
