Looking for a high end restaurant

I’m watching a documentary about five star restaurants and they talked about sea urchin and how good it is, and now I really want to try it. I legit have looked for the last 20 minutes for a restaurant in Wilmington and Myrtle Beach that may have it, but with no luck. So I turned to y’all! Does anyone know of any restaurants from Wilmington to Myrtle that serve sea urchin?

I’ll be surprised if there is a restaurant at this point, but who knows maybe someone knows of one on here.. I hope.
