Transitioning from Linux to Windows after ~5 years. Need some help transitioning.

Coming to Windows after about 5 years due to some mandatory programs my school has. I've been using Linux for a long time and I'm pretty used to doing certain things the Linux way. Are there various things that might make this transition easier?

  1. I've heard that you guys use package managers like Chocolatey, Winget(?) and another one (maybe Scope?). Are any of these particularly similar to what I'm used to with Pacman/AUR?
  2. How much can I do from the terminal? Editing files, installing packages, etc.
  3. Can I setup a shortcut to open the terminal? Preferably Win+Enter
  4. Overall the system is pretty snappy, but I'm used to minimal systems. I mostly code, game, and just read PDFs. Is there any bloat that might be sensible to remove?

Those are the main ones. But pretty much anything that makes the transition feel more Linux-like.
