Spellements… disappeared?

Hey y’all. I was trying to get Ratatoskr’s Spin for my life and I’ve run into an issue. I opened ~10 packs on one of my other wizards, got 20 spellements, and (as far as I remember) banked them. I just ran King Borr with a friend to get the final 15 spellements, put them away in my bank, and then when I did I noticed I couldn’t find the original 20. They’re not in any of my other characters spellements, and I only have the 15 in my bank now. Is there another place I could’ve store them that I forgot? Did I misremember the amount? Am I able to ask KI how many RS spellements I got from my packs to double check the amount?
