Fasted way to get pulls?

Hello, i am a relatively new player, started a month ago im now level 31 inter- knot.

I saved around 11k chrome and 19 tapes, for eve lost the 50/50 :(, to koleda which im not that sad about tbh because i did want her.

I have 29 pulls until the guaranteed 5 stars which is eve, since i lose the 50/50 whats the fastest way to get polychrome?
