Zepbound vs Diet & Exercise

Work out daily 2 hours at the national gym. Same time of day so I see the same people daily for the last 3 years. All the skinny ones are still skinny and the fat ones are all still fat. I am the variable as a 6ft male I was 242 lbs six months ago. Changed nothing about my exercise and now I weigh 179 and have a 24 BMI. In a perfect world diet and exercise is all you need. We do not live in a perfect world.
