How to raise tickets on Accenture?
Hi. I am a former employee of Accenture, India. I have been mailing to [email protected] regarding PF related queries. Every time I am getting a mail - something like 'Thank you for contacting us. The request PR12345 has been created regarding the following...' and no one from Accenture end mails/calls me to get more details. Where can I check the status of the requests raised by me and is there any way to contact Accenture people to work on my case? I urgently need to contact them. And why are they not following up with my case? Is there a different approach to raise tickets on Accenture? Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
