Specific fanfic hunt

hi, this is super specific, so sorry in advance.

A while ago I read a fic on ao3, where the twins dad came and found them, I think it was around 30k words. I think the dad's name was the twins middle names, like Michael joseph or something, and he took in foster kids - its driving me nuts and I cant find it anywhere.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
