I could not get past level 24 on Chef’s Race

It is bloody hard. I always spend for souvenirs but cant win. What should I doooooo. I have everything upgraded already!!

Update: I already did!! Turns out you just have to be hyper focused hahahah do not throw away dishes, serve as much customers as possible, refill when idle!!
