Damaged AirPod Pro 2 bud

I couldn’t find my right bud until now and it’s damaged. Would I be able to get a replacement from apple even if my warranty expired? Or are they going to charge me a small fortune for it? I don’t want to buy a new set because 3 is supposed to be coming out this year.
