Hawaii to LAX, 3 hour delay
My family was on an early (7:05am) departure flight to LAX a couple of weeks ago and they made everyone de-plane because of an issue with the passenger manifest.
It appeared the issue was specific to a single family and it looks like everything was resolved ok after some time.
By the time we re-boarded and took off, the delay was over 3 hours. It doesn’t appear that AA offers any refund for the delay. All we received was a short apology. Do we have any other recourse for that delay or just choose a better airline next time?
