Business class questions

Flying ord-jfk-eze round trip in 4 days. Was able to upgrade to Business class for the long haul round trip. I was able to pre-order dinner but it doesn't give the option for breakfast (the flight does say dinner and breakfast as it is an 11 hour flight) I am vegetarian so I worry they may not have an option. Anyone know what options for breakfast are? I can choose special meal vegetarian but then I don't know what I'll get for the dinner (it's a 11p flight I just chose a cheese plate I don't need a heavy dinner but I'll be hungry by morning!)

2nd question... Jfk lounges... Do they tell you which lounge you can do choose from? Any tips on which one? I'm PP and business class for international so hoping it opens up my choices. Have about 3 hours to kill both ways.

Will they allow access for the short haul back home?
