Who is responsible for death of students in schools and colleges ?
Educational Institute or Parents ? for monument lets take blame out of students
It almost 15 years when though I was given absolute freedom by my parents to pursue my dreams – for me it always becoming an engineer. After 10th grade, I enrolled in Sri Chaitanya IIT Coaching, excited to tackle challenging concepts.
In my 10th grade scores had been promising: 88% in Math and 86% in Science. However, coaching institutes proved to be a different beast altogether.
Immense Pressure and Unrealistic Expectations Top students seemed to grasp concepts effortlessly, leaving professors unbothered about explaining details to struggling students like me. The classroom environment was overwhelming – I felt lost amidst rapid-fire lectures. and added to that those classroom are nightmare stinky, dark over crowded
My parents were open to exploring alternative coaching centers, but peers and others discouraged this idea. most of them told even average students succeeded in these institutes, like many families continued to enroll their children I continued.
Its a Broken System No-Doubt
Every child learns differently, yet coaching institutes adopt an assembly-line approach. Some students resort to rote memorization without understanding concepts like trigonometry and calculus. I worked, but exam pressure mounted – my mind went blank during tests.
Most of my friends dared to speak out against the system; those who did were labeled "dumb" or "unfit" by management. most students suffered in silence, trying to cope independently.
I escaped the toxic coaching environment by joining a smaller class with fewer students. my grades improved dramatically – first year I got only 40% to but after changing institute it went to 80%.
However, fundamental concepts still eluded me – a problem persisting even after completing engineering and working.
Calculus Still Haunts Me ..Lol
To this day, presenting me with Coordinate Geometry or Calculus problems would leave me stumped
