Anti-inflammatory diet
I just made my first post on here and I’m blown away by the support received so I have just one more (for now) question! My partner has AS and is in the middle of a really hardcore flair up (it seems never ending but we’re still hoping it’s a flair up rather than a permanent deterioration).
We’ve tried almost everything multiple times and nothing is relieving the symptoms (which are worsening) we’re l focusing on his diet which has historically been made up of the most flammatory food groups so it’s a huge shift, I was wondering if anyone controls/supports their AS via diet? Or any tips relating to food and nutrition? My partner struggles with certain tastes, textures, smells etc. so the change in diet is not coming easily so I’m just looking for reassurance that it’s worth it.
