Do people still flirt in bars, at the grocery stores, etc anymore?

I am old, married for years, haven't been looking for well over 20 years now. But back in the late 90's and early 2000's, I still flirted (usually unsuccessfully) at bars, or in pubs. Now days everything just seems like it it done online.
