People of Toronto : What are your grocery staples to watch weight and being healthy in general?

From Costco
- Chicken Breast/Thighs
- Tail off Shrimp
- Tin Fish
- Frozen fish
- Lentil pasta
- Rice Ramen
- Eggs and Egg whites
- Frozen berries and tropical fruits
- Extra lean red meat (beef/veal)
- Sweet potato or potatoes
- KFI curry sauce, Tomato paste and Coconut milk cans
- Avocado oil bottle (transfered quarterly to a spray bottle) and seasonings
- Okios Greek Yogurt
- Gouda Cheese
- High Protien High Fiber GF wrap or Carbonaut Bread
Other stores
- Alfredo pasta sauce from either Farmboy or Sobeys
- Siggi or Okios Greek Yogurt and Fair Life milk from anywhere
- Diced frozen Veggies from Walmart
- Emergency Frozen veggies from Sobeys
- Canned Beans from Farmboy or Walmart
- Kale salad kit from Farmboy
- Tender Coconut water from Sobeys
- Halo top whenever on sale Longo's mostly
- Stonemil seeded bread
- Random fruit that's on sale (Apple, Orange, Grapes, Cherries, Carrot, Cucumber, Watermelon, Melon, Banana, Avocado) anything I can eat raw and is a quick snack I'm considering a fruit. Please don't attack me.
I'm looking to compare grocery lists and learn from you guys. My choices are based on if they have clean Ingridients and budget friendly :)
