Fitness classes for unfit mid-20's women in Downtown

I am trying to find a fitness class which can help me reduce my weight and become fit over the period of next 6 months. I am a mid-sized girl who never did anything related to fitness in her life and really want to start doing something. I will need help with training and am trying to find a great fitness class for people like me ( no fat shaming, women inclusive)who need personal training but also a group fitness kind of thing. I live downtown and my budget is $100-$150 per month ( I have student debt from grad school, so can't push much). I have borderline PCOS, so if anyone has PCOS specific recommendations, that would be really helpful too! I am good with following a routine strictly so don't mind intense classes. I am really determined to get my dream body and feel better about myself this year. Thanks in advance!
