Thinking of getting a pc.

I currently play on console for AC. To this day even without all the crazy mods it’s still the best racing game I have played. The gt3 cars especially are my fav.

I want to get a pc so I can do no hesi, reshades, and downloadable cars.

What specs should I get to run at least 100fps? Maybe even 60fps?
