My wife swears that I(33M) am autistic, but I’ve never had that feedback from anyone but her. Is it possible I am and I just don’t know?

I’ve been through school, graduated college, had jobs etc. but I’ve never had anyone else suggest or hint that I might be autistic. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and have gone to therapy. No doctor or therapist has ever brought up autism. Is it possible I am and just don’t know?
