ISO slushie machine recs

hi everyone! I’m looking to get recommendations for a slushie (frozen drink) machine.

we will be turning two products into frozen slushies; downeast blue slushie and downeast lemon Italian ice. these are both pretty sugary already and sit at about 5% abv each. we’ve established that we’ll possibly need to add some liquid sucrose to make it work.

if you have any insight about the above, that’s great and I’ll take it, but I’m mainly looking for machine recs as my search has turned up a lot of options at many different price points and mixed reviews.

for a little more context, I don’t have historical sales data, but I imagine that once up and running we will do something like 300-600 slushies per weekend. we would need a machine that can do two flavors at once and hold at least 15L each.

ideally, we spend less than $1200 on the machine. however, we can stretch that if it’s for the right reasons. I just have a feeling that there are some cheaper options that hold their own.

I’ve obviously googled around and checked out a bunch of reviews so if you’re recommending a specific brand or option, I’d appreciate if you include why you love it/ any pros & cons it may have so I can compare!
