Beats Solo 4 are a downgrade

Hey everyone.
I'm (or used to be) a fan of the sound produced by beats headphones. I absolutely loved the warm bassy sound on my Solo 3's. I adore my Beats Fit Pro. So when my Solo 3's decided that they've had enough I quickly without any hesitation ordered a pair of Solo 4's. I was extremely surprised when they arrived and I turned them on only to find out that Apple forgot to put some Bass into the box with my headphones. Ok, they sound crisp, like really clean and stuff but when listening to hip-hop I want to feel that bass. Solo 4s don't have that option. Bass it totally flat and non existent. I even plugged them into my apm using aux cable and ramped up the bass but that didn't really do much. Solo 3s would almost move the furniture (obviously exaggerating) in this situation but the Solo 4s are just like Meh, can't be arsed. It's is crazy how they downgraded these headphones. Now they are not completely bad. Because listening to EDM is definitely enjoyable due to the crispiness and more balanced soundstage. But when it comes to hip hop they just sound crap. So I'm going to keep them just to listen to EDM on them. For hip hop I guess I'll need to rock my fit pros. Just slightly disappointed with the downgrade in the bass departament. Rant over. Thanks,
