Natural based therapies for symptoms

When I'm having an episode I quite often have a really negative vibe about me. I've heard it explained as impending doom. I wonder if there's any natural based therapies that anyone turns to in times like these? Something to snap me out of the negative feeling and back to the beauty of nature. Something to ground me. It sounds easy enough to go for a walk in the bush but it's not that easy in reality, I can't snap out of it. If I didn't think it would kill me I'd jump in and ice bath!! I would love to hear some recommendations. Thank you 👍
