Help?? Ovarian cyst or just a stomach ache/constipation???

I found out in the past year that I had an ovarian cyst while doing an ultra sound because my ob/gyn was trying to figure out why I kept getting BV and having vaginitis symptoms (surprise, it was ureaplasma - which I have now cleared and am working on restoring my “good” bacteria, otherwise test results showed no infections). My doctor was VERY casual about the cyst, saying it was caused by the IUD and was very common and posed no risk and it resolve itself when I got the IUD removed. I never knew it was there or felt like I had symptoms resulting from it.

I switched doctors and actually totally forgot about the cyst in my horrible year of trying to cure ureaplasma. I had the Mirena IUD for 4.5 years and got it removed 16 days ago. I started the combination bc pill 12 days ago. I haven’t had any significant symptoms that I feel I can relate directly to the birth control switch except for some mood swings and vaginal bleeding in the 4-5 days following the removal and switch which I think is normal. But today I had a random onset of abdominal pain around 4 hours ago, and it’s still going. It’s not in any specific particular place like my side or anything, it feels like it’s one general painful sharp cramp over the whole abdomen?? It’s actually VERY uncomfortable. I’ve been laying in the fetal position waiting for this to pass like maybe this is trapped gas or something and I just need to fart and it would subside, but there hasn’t been really any change yet. I sat on the toilet for a while hoping I would poop and feel better, but I didn’t, and actually discovered some more vaginal bleeding has started up, which hasn’t been happening for the last week or so.

Does anyone have an experience like this going from the mirena to the pill? Is this ovarian cyst related or do I just have a stomach ache? Help?
