Mariner outboard motor ID doesn’t exist?

Hello, could anybody help me, I am merely just a girl. My uncle passed and I’m trying to figure out things to sell as he was a boater with lots of bits and bobs. ANYWAY, I am having issues trying to find this serial number. I have been on the outboard websites but none of the serial numbers match with the first number and when I search it it says it isn’t found. I believe it’s a 2 stroke? We’re Australian if that helps.. I have no idea where to start. Thanks in advance if you can help
