Ideas to "enjoy" chemo
Hi everyone,
I am 30yo, was diagnosed with tripple positive (stage 1) last April, started Taxol in May. Currently, I feel overwhelmed with life and it feels like it gets worse every minute. I don't think that I can be happy again.I wanted to start psychological therapy, waited 4 weeks for my appointment. Today should've been the first session but my therapist is sick at least until September. I was looking forward to it because I really need professional help and now I feel lost. I have 2 more weeks of chemo and I need any advise, ideas, suggestions how to make it easier for me. What are your coping mechanisms? What can I do to "enjoy" my chemo? Any (crazy, artsy) ideas are welcome, thank you BC fam!
Edit: Thank you all, I wasn't expecting so many responses.
