What to do in a dead server?

So I’m in the process of accumulating migration permits for migration, and I need like 30 more permits. I don’t plan on buying the migration bundle and I’m not sure how many permits can we buy from alliance store every week (is it 1 per week?). Is there anything I can do in a dead server in the meantime except dailies? Thanks.
