Can someone rationally explain the Annette hate

She has a cool design, her abilities are fun to see, her backstory makes sense. I also feel like people blame her for not having information that the audience has. Her reactions make sense when you consider the context. Then People say her and Richter have no chemistry but I don’t see I that way. They are strangers with a goal and it takes time to grow into affection wit someone. They are set up to grow closer through the next season as they rely on each other. So can anyone explain why they don’t like her as a character.
