26M Fontan Patient Needing Advice on Dietary Changes for Liver

Hello. I am a 26M Fontan patient with HLHS. I have been relatively healthy and well-monitored most of my life and even got in with a liver specialist who is familiar with Fontan physiology a couple years a go.

Recently, I have been having some abdominal discomfort, got a CT scan, turns out my liver is slightly enlarged and some ascites. I got in with the liver specialist mid-December, but speaking to my cardiologist, they didn't seem overly concerned about the CT scan results. But they did say they noticed some changes and want to have further testing done.

I know liver fibrosis has already begun, but last time I went, it was very minimal. After the recent issues I have been having, I've decided I need to make significant dietary changes to make sure my liver doesn't experience any excess scarring than it's already going to get. I have mainly been looking at how people have managed diets with cirrhosis and other liver diseases. I would love to hear anyone's advice about those who have made changes similar to limit the strain on your liver.
