Kenny Payne Silver Bullet against Miguel and Robby

Does anyone else think Miguel and robby would have gotten folded by the silver bullet as well if they were the ones to fight in the Sekai Takai qualifers? I am not saying this because kenny is better but because it's a fast move to counter and none of them knew the move. I would also like to point out that either one of them would have hold back against Kenny like Hawk did
