SSD or NVME for ComfyUI

Been using ComfyUI for more than a year and i do have to get a new SSD for storage since well ComfyUI do takes a lot of space so far i've been using NVME drives but i've been willing to switch to SSD since they are cheaper. In your experience, does comfyUI still run good on SSD that are below the 3GB/s? i'm using am mp600 pro XT rn for ComfyUI
