Didn't get outfit for secret blueprint! Help!

I completed the secret blueprint requirements for the Vessel outfit, but when I headed to the Collector to pay for it, it wasn't in the list! Any way to fix this? I'm really attached to Hollow Knight and I'd be super upset if I lost it due to some glitch. I'm currently on my run with the Pure Nail and don't wanna restart without necessity because then I'd have to find another one.
