How do you track your meals after you get a nutrition plan?

Hey all! I just got my first professionally made nutrition plan and I have some logistical questions. So my weekly plan looks something like that:
* breakfast : the exact same thing every day (I specifically asked for this)
* 6 "main meals" + 1 "eat whatever you want" meal (lunch or dinner)
* 7 smaller meals (lunch or dinner)
* I don't need snacks so I asked for no snacks

For each of these I am supposed to weigh the protein and the carbs, and I have a free amount of green veggies to consume, with at most 1tbsp olive oil for cooking per cooked meal.

However, they aren't really recipes, it's very much like "X grams grilled chicken + X grams roasted potatoes + greens". As this is an extremely boring way to eat, I try to make them more interesting by making stews and soups by adding only veggies, herbs and spices. This makes planning meals challenging, and since I've never done this before, does anybody have any practical way I can make this easier? The way the plan is printed isn't very practical either, so I can't print a few and just cross over the meals. Are there any apps to plan groceries for this purpose? Or even just a template or anything helpful I can keep around and plan the whole recipe and keep the measurements for the ones I enjoyed? Thanks!
