Hair for interviews?

Hiya,

Bit of a trivial one but for virtual interviews how should one have their hair? I'm talking for women mainly.

I worry that having my hair up would result in me looking like an egg on the teams-esque platform and having long curly hair down will make me look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards.
