Error when trying to convert traditional IRA to roth IRA

I funded my traditional IRA and am now trying to convert the full amount ($6,500) to my roth IRA but am getting an error saying

"We're unable to process your transaction because you have another request in progress. Choose another account or wait until your request is complete."

I funded my traditional IRA two days ago and it says the full amount is settled so I am curious why I am unable to convert to my roth.
